Onboarding Series for Idaptive End Users

While Idaptive Academy helps new administrators manage the identity platform for their organizations, we wanted a way for the thousands of end users to learn the basics of joining the portal, adding applications to their single sign-on portal, and setting up their own multi-factor authentication options (without using seats on the learning management system). 
This series of 24 videos (of 1-3 minutes each) provides all of the information users need in the perfect blend of conceptual and how-to information. Michele designed and developed these videos using her own recordings from the platform, and she animated existing marketing resources for the conceptual portions.

Idaptive Academy

Idaptive Academy includes over a dozen series of courses (consisting of over 80 videos) that help new administrators learn how to manage single sign-on, multi-factor authentication and endpoint security management for their organizations. 

This Academy was originally hosted on the Skilljar learning management system. CyberArk acquired Idaptive in June 2020, and the original Academy has been moved to CyberArk University, which you can find here.

Rapid7 Academy

Rapid7 Academy has content on the entire suite of Rapid7 products, including both on-demand content and virtual instructor-led training.

Michele assisted with the early efforts of moving existing on-demand resources and content paths to the Academy. In 2020, her efforts shifted to creating basic on-demand education for new deployments and new users of InsightVM, Rapid7's vulnerability management solution. She designed and developed six series of courses with about 40 videos. 

Rapid7 Academy is hosted on the Skilljar learning management system.

Workplace Learning Videos

For the Learning Video customer engagement project, Michele collaborated with ServiceRocket and Workplace to design and develop videos that go beyond teaching how to use features and focus on use cases and ways to work. This project used professional voice-over talent.

Michele completed various phases and additions to this project in 2018 and 2019.
